Technology Park

Rodes has more than 1,000 square metres of co-working space distributed in the lower part of this urban block, in the vertex between Agres and Salvador Allende streets, as well as twenty private offices for entrepreneurs and technology-based companies.

The technology park will specialise in sectors of the new economy such as robotics, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, Big Data, and will also have a hub focused on the digital animation and video game creation and design industries. It will be made up of different warehouses equipped with connectivity, meeting and gathering spaces, as well as all the services that may be required by the companies that decide to settle there. A driving force for the business dynamisation of the city and the territory.

Rodes will also include the adjoining buildings on Tibi Street, which will house the administrative centre, a technology and research area in which a specialised business development centre will be installed, with offices for workshops and meetings and a public coworking centre. It will also house housing to temporarily accommodate digital nomads.
